Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail or post).

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

Return of Goods

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the customer's specifications or where an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive for their production.

This applies in particular to paints individually mixed according to a colour code, colour sample or other individual colour specification provided by the customer.

The statutory right of withdrawal generally applies to pre-manufactured and standard products such as paints, colours, sprays and other products offered in our standard range.
