Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day

• on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods;

• in the case of multiple goods ordered by you as part of a single order and delivered separately, on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, although this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal from this contract.

For the reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

In no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement for a purchase of goods until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

For goods which, due to their nature, cannot be returned by normal post, the statutory provisions regarding return shipping costs shall apply.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value results from handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusion or Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs, provided that the statutory requirements for exclusion of the right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) are met.

This may apply in particular to products manufactured according to individual customer specifications, individually composed products, or products adapted to a colour shade or individual colour specification determined by the customer.

Not every processing, mixing, filling or preparation of goods carried out after receipt of an order automatically results in the exclusion of the right of withdrawal.

For standard products that are not manufactured individually according to the customer’s specifications or clearly tailored to the customer’s personal needs, the statutory right of withdrawal remains applicable, unless another statutory exception applies.
